Herndon, VAI just had Force Auto Glass out to replace the windshield of a 2017 Kia with all the electrogobble in the windshield for passing alerts, etc..... Still just awesome! These guys are good and FAST.

Alexandria, VAI had a busted rear passenger mirror. I called them on a Saturday am and arranged for the replacement and install the same day with Eric. Eric was so kind, courteous, and professional. He also came to my residence and did the install. I was vacuuming the glass as he arrived and he had brought his high powered machine and told me he could do that. When he was finished, I checked my car and other parts of the car without glass shards had been vaccuumed (i.e. the front seats!). His work took about 30 to 40 minutes and he explained everything in the process. I highly recommend this business's services. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Thank you for everything, Eric!

Alexandria, VAThumbs up for this place. Customer Service is excellent. I had a crack in my windshield and Eric and his worker came out to my residence to replace the windshield. Unfortunately, the windshield he installed had a crack in it. I did not notice the crack until later in the day and called him right up when I saw it and he came back to take a look at it. Since I did not drive the car between him installing the windshield and when I noticed the crack, I was unsure what caused it. He said it might be a manufacturer defect. Anyway, he explained to me that he will order a new windshield and if the manufacturer does not front the cost of the new one then he will pay for it out of his own pocket so I would not have to go through insurance again. He wound up coming back a week later (could not install it sooner because the glue needed to dry from the first install) and installing a new windshield and this time everything worked out well. He even helped me to get something off my rear view mirror that was stuck. Very professional and helpful. It is nice to know someone that stands behind their work and does not run away when an issue comes up. Would recommend!

Washington, DCExcellent service! Eric is incredibly friendly, jovial, and trustworthy. My first interaction with Eric was a few years ago, when he replaced my cracked windshield. He was quick and responsive and showed up on a Saturday morning to fix the windshield. Remembering the great service Eric provided, I reached out a few weeks ago, when my car was broken into and my front passenger side window was shattered. Much like last time, Eric was quick to respond and provided a quote instantly. He also showed up and hour and a half later to fix the window. Definitely worth reaching out to!

Los Angeles, CAAfter having my car window broken for the THIRD time since moving to DC 7 years ago, I had made an appointment with Safelite in Arlington. However, when reading the yelp reviews, which were poor, and combined with the inconvenience of driving out to arlington, i called Force Auto Glass! They quoted me a much lower price AND would come to my house. Eric was super professional and prompt, and, according to my boyfriend who met him at the house,he was super nice and competent. I actually have another window thats broken, and will eventually use Force Auto Glass to fix it, but just dont really wanna spend the money now. #Cheapo!

As a local business owner, I needed a repair "like yesterday " and feared it wouldn't happen since the window is not a common window, but I called Force Auto Glass and got Eric. Explained to him what I needed and he said that he would call around and call me back, but if he could get the window he would be out TODAY between 3-4. By now I was optimistic, and within a couple of minutes Eric called back saying he found the window and the price was very fair! Eric showed up right on time. We found him to be super nice and super professional and he did a very nice job with the installation and clean! He will definitely be our window repair guy going forward! Thank You Eric!

Glendale, AZTop notch service! Ive had my windshield replaced twice in 6 months from Beltway rocks, and both times Eric has done the work the day after I call. He comes to where you are, and is easy to get hold of. Polite, professional service and a great attitude. Prices are amazing and he makes sure go get a perfect fit, transfers the stickers to the new windshield, and it takes about an hour. Ive already referred him to others and theyve had the same great experience. Thank you Eric!

Arlington, VAI recently had Eric replace my windshield that had developed a crack that spread close to halfway across my windshield. Having never had to replace a windshield before, I had many questions and called quite a few companies. Eric with Force Auto Glass was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful of all the companies I called, explaining everything from how my rain sensor is attached to the differences between OEM and after-market glass for me. He provided me a quote including the tax, and the price I ended up paying was exactly the same as the quote, down to the cent. His prices were very reasonable, especially compared to the big company's prices. We scheduled for him to come to my work (for no extra charge - do not pay for mobile service!) and he arrived right on time, left my car clean except for like 2 tiny pieces of rubber which I easily removed myself, and the work looks very professional. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. It was just completed on the date of writing, so I have not driven my car yet or experienced rain since he replaced my windshield, but I feel confident in the quality of his work and confidently highly recommend!

Originally consulted with companies that monopolize this market including Safelite but wasn't happy with their customer service or through the roof quotes. Glad a friend referred me to Force Auto Glass (MD area). Convenient mobile service available with unbeatable prices and response time. I was scheduled right away. My windshield was replaced while I was at work under an hour for less than $200 with a lifetime warranty! :))))

Great Falls, VAWhile parking my car in the garage next door to my office at 6:30 am this morning, the back window on my minivan shattered. I called a couple of mobile windshield replacement companies and one told me the next appointment they had was next week. Next week?! There was no way I could even drive home today. Eric at Force Auto Glass was here within a few hours andhe was very thorough and professional --making sure the back windshield wiper, automatic door opener, etc. were working properly and he vacuumed up all the broken glass - inside and outside of my car.
